What is the meaning of this it should be written in my contract of employment... 1.This contract of emploment shall be valid for unlimited period.either party may terminate it at any time without giving the reason by giving the other party a notice period as stipulated in the qatari labor law....2either party may terminate this contract at any time during this period by giving the other party a notice period of 1month..pls explain to me very clear thank you...

it means that company can terminate at any time with a notice period......

Notice period is 1 month for who works less than 5 year and 2 month for more than 5 yrs according to labor law.
