2 year ban ???

I keep reading questions about the 2 year ban. what is is please? and how strict is it?.

if your sponsor cancil you , you have to stay 2 years out the counrty

But if you change from a work visa to a family visa you are OK i.e you don't have to wait for 2 years to re-enter the country

your passport is stamped with a BAN, so you can not apply for any type of visa once you are OUT of Qatar, for 2 years,

off course without your sponser approval,

always maintain a good relation with your employer and try to get a NOC from him in case you leave. make a good excuse before you leave, and try to come back with another visa. as soon as the current one expires.

You can't switch the job within Qatar without the permission of present employer in 2 yrs of period after termination of your contract or resignation. You can't come back to Qatar before 2 yrs until you get the NOC of your last employer in Qatar.
