As far as my understanding goes you can sponsor your mother if you are married. Also if you buy a property you can provide visa status to some relatives, I do not know if parents fall into this category. I would recommend you first talk to your HR department and seek help from them and if you can afford a property look into going that route and talk to a real state agent.
