1. Mothers Passport copy
2. Your QID. If your wife is here then her QID should also be given. Your passport copy should also be given.
3. Your Company's letter stating that you are working for them and they dont have any problem with you bringing your mother here. Your mothers passport number and your QID should be there on that letter. Your salary should also be mentioned on that letter
4. To do this through Metrash your Company should have uploaded your work contract on MOI website. If not, you will get an error saying "Your work contract is not registered with Ministry"
