i donot know y this dely 4 attestation..Usual time limit is 7-12 depending on working days.In your case its nearly 2months..I got my attested certificates within 12 working days but it was 8 month back..
As per new rule a bonafide letter from the clge also needed. attested certificates together with attested bonafide letter to be produced at labour then only u wil get your ID
