total bullshit, new laws screwed a lot, made employers more powerful than before.. i heard termination before contract expiry kicks more than 2 years ban (example - if you sign open ended or 5 year contract and if your terminated or resign after 2 years then you have 3 year ban, its not called a BAN but technically its a BAN)
