Talking about the post. The question is, Is a spouse / partner seen purely as an income earner ?
In my opinion not all bring their spouse to work in Doha. May be a higher percentage look for Jobs.
Having said that, I am wondering how come a house wife can be bored with possibly having couple of kids. If you are hiring a full time nanny to do house jobs, means there is work at home. I’m not against Hiring a nanny and sending wife to work or stay home. The concerned individual will decide and know the best.
In this respect, I suppose a good house wife will organize a house and look after the children. In my case, my wife taught all the subjects of the school to my kid who is 7 years. As a result of that, He got awards in 4 subjects during the private award ceremony held in Qatar University. He’s doing well in all his subjects. Also the mother teachers the Quran as well for both my kids
On top of all, I spent time with my kids as well. Still I feel, I did not give enough time to my Kids.
I believe a wife is more suites to build up a better family, unless she has a rare talent which can cater for greater respect of the community or the country. (Money is not everything)
A job of wife can be differ person to person under their circumstances. Choosing the correct path is depend how deep they are connected with the visible and invisible nature of this world.
