@LuckyLuciano & Nanofilm - I have had the opportunity to learn a lot from the forums on, life in Qatar, the schooling for kids, as researching other areas as well.
In no way do I feel superior than the rest because I am an american citizen. I don't know where you got sentiment from. It's pretty similar to one saying "I am a British Citizen of French national" and I see nothing wrong with it.
I honestly did not think that some people on the forum would be so immature to make such comments. I guess there are people who have animosity against US nationals, for whatever reason.
If you do not have anything good to say or help a fellow-mate who is asking for advice, then you shouldn't be saying anything. I don't know how your comment benefited you in making you a better person.
@britexpat - Thanks for your comment. It's within HR and in the airline industry. But I am surprised that a Harvard or a London Business School MBA would not be treated differently from tier 2 or 3 university.
