1. experience where? In the middle east or at home country ?
2. Bennefits vary from companies what are you looking for ?
3. where are you from?
Expectations should not necessarily exceed budgets ... and asking for a salary of 16k + accom transpo would mean you getting through a Q company ( QP) as for construction thats beyond budget :)
