I did not get the salary from last 6 months i went to labour cout to file a case against them but they denied and said me to go to high court because they said they can solve the case up to 5 months only in this case what should i do please help me to solve the problem to whom should i contact now.
if the case is in high court how many days it will take to solve? even my company said the same thing and threatning me that we will not provide the accmodation .
Please help me and guide me in right direction.
