Therefore workers should rather be told to take more of caffeinated drinks to prevent this dehydration. Did the author of the article actually mean "This will prevent re-hydration". Dehydration refers to the body loosing water excessively and not getting replaced and this is one of the primary causes of heat stroke or heat stress, a deteriorating condition due to dehydration...... may be i need to do my home work again...... I guess something needs reworking around that phrase......if nothing... my bad.
