We tried to register our concern, they guided us through an sms system to unsuscribe, and sure enough next month again, the same song shows up! helpline guys should be given the option to cancel all these services as and when requested by the Customer, rather than sending a sms to an unknown no., and then ending up on the same due to uncertainty...
