Thanks ecstacy for your comment. I went to moi and inquired about it, and they said i can send over the docs through my brother and also to send my residence ID along with him. Now my other concern is if i leave my ID back in Qatar when im leaving to Dubai how am i gonna produce it for getting my on arrival visa. Arghhhh... Im goin crazy..
