@Jamal, Thanks for sharing, you missed a golden chance to screw the cashier on the spot. You ought to have complained to his higher ups for spot enquiry. Now what ever the internal enquiry they conduct, he will have his own concocted reasons for having refused and by and large, bank will support him only to save their bank image. It would be a lesson for other cashiers who usually behave rude with asian customers.
