@ajim, my newborn baby is in India. To makr passport for baby, as per india rules and regulations they need father no objection letter in order to proceed for my child passport. So I need it from indian embassy Qatar. My wife already have rp and under my sponsorship. So, obviously child will be under my sponsorship only.
