The attitude of some drivers needs changing. Driving less than 2 feet from the car in front at 100 km/h flashing lights and intimidating. Especially when it is clear that the car in front is passing slower moving traffic. What about blocking off a live lane to try to shove in at the front of a queue, or even the middle of one? How many family's drive with children Un-restrained by safety belts? I have seen lady passengers with children on their knees, children stood on the front passenger seat, whilst hanging out the window. I have even seen, on 2 occasions, men driving whilst cradling a baby in their arms. Madness is too polite a word.
