NOC from the Company normally state that Employer has no objection for allowing the employee to bring his family under his sponsorship and may mention the ID details and salary structure in the letter. Then the same should be supported by your employment contract. You have to get a rental agreement if company does not mention accommodation in the contract. finally if your profession in the contract is in allowed category, at the discretion of the authorities you may get family visa. You may also bring them on Family Visit for 6 Months and may process RP in between
