For one second I thought he was some real guy who was crossing the road.
1. But then in that humid weather his white shirt would have been soaked in 5 minutes walk.
2. Till now I have never seen a guy in almost brand new ironed white shirt and white pant in Qatar.
3. There was no car parked on the shoulder that he could have got out of or was going to get into.
4. There was no office/houses/lights near the road.
This is near the section where there are no lights coming from Fuwarit beach on the main Road... its like there are street lights and for 100 mtrs there are no lights... I saw this guy around there...
