do you know it is really very sad to say...one of my friend told me be careful when SELLING or BUYING old cars, because when pplz goto to computer check they bribe the inspection man there to decrease or increase the price of the car.

so best thing is dont let the buyer or seller talk to anyone there once report is complete and printed then he can discuss it in detail the condition of the car and issues.
