I'm not sure where they're getting the four men as witnesses thing. I think the Western media is assuming that. I've read of plenty of rape cases where that wasn't required. From what I can gather of this case is it was date rape and the UAE doesn't recognize date rape and the physical evidence didn't back up her story because she wasn't "damaged" enough.
