That's a pretty big leap of faith to take, just because Israel is the enemy of Hezbollhaha does not automatically make Qatar the ally of Israel.
Hezbollhaha has taken sides in the Syria conflict for it's own ends and that is to stop the Sunni rebels taking control, they want a Syrian future to be Shia and therefore aligned with themselves and their ally Iran. Saudi and Qatar very much do not want that. Israel doesn't really care as long as Syria remains weak and not a threat.
