If work visa doesn't expires you can enter,you just take entry permit, even your RP expires the airport will not see your RP, they machine validate whats in your passport, since you have still one month validity no worries but better enter before expiry since you cant renew RP without your passport and signature of new contract to be submitted again, in worse scenario online renewal is an option by the PRO.
