If it helps, the guy who hit me was Indian and they did exactly the same for him, actually they drove him to the station in their car because obviously his was too badly damaged. They translated for him as well. And if you were able to read you would see I said that when I met people who had lived elsewhere, not in the UK. However, the UK police are underfunded, poorly trained and generally useless. I think people are wrong when they say QL has changed, in the 7 years I have been using it I have encountered the same type of ignorance and rudeness on a consistent basis and rarely enjoy the silly people who post for no better reason than because they want to be rude.
