hahaha!i smiled reading all your comments guys. i understand that all of us have different believes, opinions, points of view, and to the person who had a problem with my english, i believe u must attend to english language school. u must probably the one who have a problem with english language. :-)
guys, im earning here, we are all came to this country to work and to earn for our family. sometimes, earning a lot of money is not enough, but finding the right company, right job for you with kind hearted management is something i am grateful for. with all my contribution to our company, hardworks, passion with my work, all i get is a nice environment, nice collegues, kind bosses.
sometimes when you work, it is not about the money, but the "respect" i repeat the "respect" and my dignity is all i have. Money is just a money, we can earn it everywhere, but the the respect of my employer, who treats me right, who believes in my capabalities, who bring out the best in me is something that MONEY cant buy.. im not saying i work for free, i just didnt get a higher salary, our company had just started year 2003, and i wanna grow with the company.
my boss told me, yes it is easy to replace you in your position, its easy to find somebody who will sit on your chair, but ITS NOT EASY TO FIND SOMEONE THAT THE MANAGEMENT CAN TRUST WITH.
