You could order online from Euro puppy www.europuppy.com
If you liaise with Doha Veterinary Clinic, they can arrange all the paperwork's with Euro puppy and bring the dog in for you. Alternatively you could buy from Dubai and bring in to Qatar, try a place called 'Petzone'.
