Remember, weight loss is not easy. It is difficult; however, maintaing weight loss is a lot more difficult. Keep this in mind. Do not go for quick fixes.

Your diet seems pretty ok; however, I would suggest to reduce the dry fruit portion to a minimum.

Always include lemon juice (four lemons in one glass of water, once daily), grapefruit juice (3 grapefruits) and green tea. May I also suggest to keep increasing your exercise level.

Vegetables, vegetable, vegetables. Veggies is the name of the game in weight loss. If you are not stuffing yourself with green vegetables, you are not dieting properly.

Last but not least keep modest goal a head. Refrain from weighing yourself every day (but do so regularly though). Try to reward yourself for small weight loss (by drinking more grapefruit juice and less carbs).

Avoid the following like poison:
1. Cold drinks
2. Confectionary
3. Dressings
4. White breat
