@tahsinmim .. Yeah, many told me no vacancies anywhere, market tight here, etc.. Well I have a backup (Trust's Exchange) they had selected me but the payment is less there, so was waiting :3

@mimiloves ... I make separate CVs in terms of design n layout for each company I send. It can happen that I am sending the wrong design to the wrong people :D Will shuffle them once again and see ;)
