in fact, the OP is concerned about the carelessness and thoughtlessness of both locals and non-locals with regards to disposing their trash.

Public beaches are filthy and its not really a great experience swimming and stepping on tins and bottles and/or floating plastic bags.

and it's a bit weird coz trash bins are everywhere but people still thinks the road/street is a big trash bins/ash tray.
