For technical inspection, if your coming from Doha via Airport road drive straight to wakrah passing Ras Abu Fontas R/A and Pearl R/A after passing pearl R/A on the right side you will see the a big Mosque the Fahes Technical Inspection is located baside it.
After inpection (if everything is ok) go to Wakrah Police Station going back to Doha located leftside of the road between Ras Abu Fontas R/A and Pearl R/A after KFC and Baskin Robbins.
