Hey, someone gave the correct answer: its a case of Demand & Supply . The Professional gets well paid (not overpaid) coz there are not so many Pros to replace him. The Laborer(Skilled or whatever) gets a pay not commensurate to his work coz there's like a thousand others being shipped in to replace him almost immediately. Unless the Manpower supply agencies stop human trafficking, labor will remain very cheap in Qatar and workers with little or no education will remain hopeless(I'm so sorry to tell you this!).
