the salary is good ... housing the very expensive in doha so if that is taken care you should atlest save 5000 qar every month. compare this amount with your indian salary and decide whether this amount is good enough to come here.

Also note here changing a job is impossible, you will have to stick with qatar airways unless you get something outside qatar.
