honestly yes men do dress inappropriately. but majority of indecent dress does come from women. you don't see men wearing midriffs and short skirts. And men don't have cleavage hanging out. the fashion industry creates more revealing cloths for women than the men's fashion industry does.

but men definitely need to be banned from wearing shorts. i hate seeing men's hairy thighs while im shopping. totally gross.
