Since you are new here in Qatar i think you should read first the country's history same as the countries you've seen on somewhere else (ex:Canada-very cold weather every 10 months). You must be aware of it.There are weather forecasts every week same as other countries.You are now in the part of the middle east countries and of course it will always have a sand storm. You should exfoliate every day and take a shower everyday!
