I went to Car Seat Qatar http://www.carseatqatar.com/ (directions on the website) 2 weeks ago. They normally sell rims and tires but some kind of new import law was passed that restricts the rims for importing. I was unable to make a purchase.

They are located at tayseer petrol station on Salwa road.
