I don't think the weather is an issue with the Olympic committee, but I do think the negative press around the World Cup will affect the decision. I also think that the Olympic Committee will wait to see how the World Cup plays out before agreeing to give them an Olympics.

Personally I think trying to hold the 2020 Olympics and the 2022 World Cup is ambitious even for Qatar. I don't think there's a country in the world that could do it.
