He must be missing his home...or is Doha too hot for him?
I heard some dogs take it badly if they move to a new place and stop eating and loose all their mood. You dog could be one of those.
For veterinary, I used to bring mine to the Veterinary Surgery near Hamad Hospital, and every time I come out I feel disappointed. They overcharge you, sometimes they charge you things you didn't even ask for and they didn't do (but if you notice, then they will pay you back at least), anyway I don't have any trust in them.

Next week I will bring my dog to the Parkview Pet Center, I heard good things about them, so let's see...It's close to Landmark Mall.
