Most of the real-estate management companies do this way. I feel they are more interested into the profit that they are making and not at all interested to maintain the customer satisfaction. There is no professional approach in these real-estate management companies. I remember around 10 years before the real-estate management companies were so good and were providing all these services in a far far better way.
Now a days more and more RE management companies are there and more and more building also sprouted like anything...but no quality and professionalism in management and service......it is sad that a country like Qatar is having such a situation.....all are behind money like anything and while running they are not aware they are digging their own graves.......:)
