Well in the gulf they have all this fancy titles... manager of this and that and so on but the guys who are put in charge to carry out this assignments do not know head or tail of what the jobs are about.  There was this  logistics company and a manager with a title of  manager for Logistics, freight forwarding and warehousing and our guy had just got to the gulf after selling coconuts back home.
