One of the main problems is that the Qatari management team are not capable of handling their work load or responsibilities.

I was told by their learning skills expert Mrs. Blacklaws that Management are given so much budget yet the Qatari Managers don’t know how to handle or manage the works. Leading on from this is then the obvious; frustration and blame game.

And no I did not get fired, rather I left as I can't work with such low level attitude management unskilled personnel. You cannot work to your best as you are too busy spoon feeding your boss on the basics.
