.. and Kareena I suppose you have not been to this place called Goa yet,  where the European tourists find it a lot safer then back home to wander around with the minimum of clothes and sometimes topless too even late into the night and where the local guys are more scared and afraid of being seen with this tourists then the tourists are of the locals
