If Cedar has been in Doha since 2003 why do you say. "you could say it is a "proper school"". Why doesn't it become a real proper school like others? Why does it charge so much, the same as some proper schools and even more than many other proper schools?
I am sorry but Cedar is still a centre that is not bound by the laws and regulations of a proper school.
Why doen't it live up to its responsibilities to children and become a licenced proper school?
