Diet and physical activities should do it together
Tips for losing weight:
1. Morning time: Yoga / Instead of elevator just go on the stairs/ drink warm water before going to the office.
- 5 times jumping rope on 1st 3 days
-15 to 20 times jumping rope or jumping jack everyday can really lose those fats
- 15 to 20 body twist (I bought twister equipments)
2. Eat healthy foods such as vegetables & fruits. For my carbohydrates I just eat mash potatoes’ every 3 days instead of rice.
3. after work just do the crunches at least 20 times per day.
Reminder:
Before doing all this physical activities, please consult your Doctor especially if have hypertension, high blood etc…
Do the stretching first before doing the exercise
Yoga is better, it can calm your mind, relieves stress etc…
