Our grandkids (two 16 year old girls and an 11 year old girl) were in Doha recently and were flying Aberdeen, LHR, Doha.
The LHR to Doha flight was changed from am to pm (a twelve hour delay)and they were not told at Aberdeen due to an "error" and subsequently had an extra 12 hour wait at LHR. Even the travel agent in Doha hadn't been advised.
Didn't exactly fill us full of confidence.
Their flight back had to be changed as there was no connection at the revised time they would arrive back at LHR.
Screw up all the way!
