Employee satisfaction is not a huge concern in most Qatari companies due to the current labor laws. If they abolish the sponsorship system, people will have other options available and companies will need to either better their treatment of employees or end up losing a ton of employees to competitors.

And let's face it, majority of these companies will not survive in the face of true competition.
