This talks about award winning and five star airline sounds like crap along with this unconcerned and sleepy Indian embassy and its personnel. Could all this so called educated people not have been more caring and given this helpless human being the assistance she needed and deserved. Its true she lost her passport but with some help the airline and the embassy could have helped her. Now that she is dead and still does not have her passport what are they going to do with her.
