I cannot say whether the married man and the girl are right or wrong for their relationship as I have no idea of their personal life situations like relationship of that man with his wife etc....but she surely is STUPID to announce her engagement before her man divorces his wife.
And lastly this has nothing to do with ones religion...better not to mention it in this thread.. more better would be to delete your last line mentioning their religion.
