DNA test is admissible if the woman asked for it, the court would not accept that a man asks for it, as it may reveal a woman's infidelity without her confession, consent, or approval.
Maybe this woman was not educated enough to know better, and I hope that the lawyer who wants to represent her (pro bono) succeeds in clearing her name, and the name of a child.
I don't think she would ever accept returning to her ex-husband.
