A man can claim his wife's infidelity, (he may have seen her with another man), and he usually wouldn't find FOUR men who can testify seeing her having sex with another man...
It's a difficult route to go to, he is usually asked to forget about it, and maybe he's not sure, and things like that...
In this case it's just a divorce by HE says, SHE says...
He swears 4 times, and then swears for a fifth time that HE deserves to "rot in hell" if he was a liar.
She also swears of her innocence...
A DNA test can be ONLY requested by the woman, but not the man (and would be done if she requested it - it may PROVE adultery, which was hidden, without a confession so it's never forced in such a case) ...
If they go that far, I don't think they can still have a healthy marriage... The court would rule for a divorce...
There must be something unreported in this issue... A regular divorce would have been much simpler... It looks like he really hates his ex, and wants to shame her.
She could have asked for a DNA test before the original ruling, or during the appeal, but either way, the marriage is done... I don't think she would accept to return to him.
