i want to tint mine, its a brand car..how do i go about it?? qatar authorities???? where are they?

i think on al matar st (like airport rd) there is a big petrol place where they wash cars, fix tyres..i saw a shop there who do it but not sure about price, dont live in doha so dont have the knowledge.
