This disaster could have been avoided if someone was doing the job timely and correctly... Recently there was another incident in one of the Indian airlines flights, where the Pilots abused the air hostess in mid air (30,000ft) leaving the cock pit unmanned.Pilots and ATC staff are supposed to be the key responsible personnel, sometimes perform totally irresponsible whilst on duty leaving many innocent lives at peril.
